Hey there, you know, that new Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro 45mm Smartwatch, it’s somethin’ else, I tell ya. Like, it’s all fancy with GPS and tells you about your heart and stuff. They call it fitness tracking. My grandson, he’s all into that, runnin’ around like a chicken with its head cut off. Says this watch thing helps him keep tabs on how fast he’s goin’.
Anyways, this watch, it’s made outta somethin’ they call titanium. Sounds strong, you know? Like one of them pots I used to cook in. And the glass, sapphire glass they call it, shiny and hard. Hopefully won’t scratch up like that cheap plastic stuff.
- GPS, yeah, like I said, it helps ya find your way. Don’t know why anyone needs it, but the young folks love it.
- Heart rate thing, well, I guess it’s good to know your ticker’s still workin’. Keeps beepin’ at ya, tells ya how fast your heart’s thumpin’.
- Fitness trackin’, that’s the exercise stuff. Counts your steps and all. Makes me tired just thinkin’ about it.
They say you can wear it in the pool or in the rain. Water resistant, that’s what they call it. 5ATM somethin’ somethin’. Sounds fancy, but all I care about is if it can handle a good dishwashin’ splash. You know, my hands get wet all the time.
Now, this watch, it ain’t cheap. You gotta shell out some serious dough. But I guess if you’re into all that techy stuff, it might be worth it. My grandson, he saved up for months to get it. Always showin’ it off, tappin’ and swipin’ like he knows what he’s doin’.
One thing I don’t get is why it needs a phone to work properly. These young folks are always glued to their phones. Can’t they just look at the watch for the time? Guess it does more than just tell time, though. Shows you messages and calls, and who knows what else.
It’s got a big face, this watch. Easy to see, even without my glasses. And the strap, it’s comfy, not like those stiff ones that pinch your skin. Comes in different colors too, but mine’s just plain black. Don’t need no fancy colors at my age.
They say the battery lasts a long time, but I gotta charge it every night. Just like that darn phone. Always needs pluggin’ in. Can’t they make somethin’ that just works without all that fuss?
Overall, it’s a fancy watch, I’ll give it that. Does a whole lot more than just tell time. If you got the money and like all that gadget stuff, go ahead and get it. Me, I’ll stick to my old trusty clock on the wall. Never needs charing, and it’s always right.
